Typically, document reviews are completed within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email and a dashboard notification once your status has been updated.
Interbank transfers are for domestic transfers between local banks and typically process within 1 business day. Wire transfers are for international transactions and may take 3-5 business days to clear.
Basic accounts have daily limits. Completing your KYC verification will upgrade your account to higher limits. Specific limits can be viewed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages.
Immediately log into your account settings and change your PIN. Alternatively, contact our Help Center to temporarily freeze your account to prevent unauthorized transactions.
